These retaining wall stones were hand cut using centuries old techniques to split High Cascade Granite boulders into perfect wall stones. The stone steps are also from granite that has been saw cut from boulders to a uniform thickness and then flamed on the surface for a natural look with great traction. The same granite boulders in their natural state have been used as accent rocks in the planting beds.
